Login Issues

Having trouble logging into your course? Forgot your password? First make sure you are on the correct login page. If you can't remember your password, you can click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You will need to know your Username or your Email Address. We will send you your password. Help with the course

Problem taking the course? If your player is “stuck”, you have received an error message on a page, or the page is not displaying correctly, you can usually resolve any of these issues by simply clearing your cache or cookies.

Print your Certificate of Completion

Need your certificate? Find and print your Certificate of Completion. When you complete a course and you are back to the screen where you began – the "Print Certificate" link will not be there. You must refresh your browser and then the link will appear.
